BEI Raises Coretax Issues, DJR Pledges Tax Support
November 9, 2025 • Ben Asmadeus

Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) raised issues with tax filing through the Coretax system to the Directorate General of Taxes (DJR) in a closed meeting in Jakarta on 9 November 2025. The discussion was facilitated by the DJR Jakarta Regional Office and the PSIAP team to explore technical solutions.
DJR’s public outreach chief, Trilawanti Said, pledged assistance for taxpayers still facing technical problems and noted that Coretax is still being refined and requires user participation. She emphasized that active collaboration with system users is essential to address field‑level weaknesses.
DJR reported that the tax deposit mechanism, amounting to Rp4.1 trillion, effectively maintained state revenue, providing a reliable interim solution while Coretax stabilizes. Consequently, BEI temporarily adopted the deposit method to ensure its tax obligations are fulfilled.
