Bali Tax Collection Reaches 13 Trillion Rupiah by October 2025

The Regional Directorate of the Directorate General of Taxes (Kanwil DJP) in Bali announced that tax revenues up to the end of October 2025 totaled Rp13.07 trillion. This amount represents 72.68 percent of the annual target of Rp17.99 trillion. The figure is 10.32 percent higher than the same period in 2024.
Revenue was collected by eight Tax Service Offices (KPP), with the Denpasar Madya office contributing the largest share of Rp6.47 trillion. Income Tax (PPh) accounted for Rp8.92 trillion, followed by Value‑Added Tax (VAT) and Luxury Goods Sales Tax (PPnBM) at Rp3.56 trillion. Major contributing sectors included wholesale and retail trade, accommodation and food services, and financial activities.
The government has expanded the Income Tax Article 21 incentive for tourism workers under Ministerial Regulation No. 72/2025, aiming to boost compliance in the last quarter of 2025. Tax authorities also urged taxpayers to activate their Coretax accounts for filing the 2025 annual tax return.
