KUR 2025 Reaches Rp217.20 Trillion, 76.8 Percent of Target

Coordinating Minister of the Economy Airlangga Hartarto said that as of 17 October 2025, the People's Business Credit (KUR) program has disbursed Rp217.20 trillion, reaching 76.8 percent of the 2025 target. The figure represents the total amount of government loans granted to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across Indonesia.

The program has served 3.69 million borrowers, with a non‑performing loan (NPL) rate of 2.28 percent, well below the national UMKM average of about 4.55 percent. About Rp85.76 trillion, or 39.5 percent of the disbursement, was directed to agriculture and fisheries to support food self‑sufficiency.

These results underline KUR’s role in expanding financing access for small businesses and creating roughly 20 million jobs annually. The government plans to maintain the pace through cooperation with banks, guarantors and local authorities.
