ESDM Non‑Tax Revenue Reaches 200.66 Trillion Rupiah

JAKARTA – The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) reported that non‑tax state revenue (PNBP) reached 200.66 trillion rupiah up to 10 Nov 2025. The amount includes fixed fees, production royalties, coal production funds (DHPB) and mining sales (PHT).
Minister Bahlil Lahadalia said the figure represents 78.74 % of the 254.83‑trillion‑rupiah target set in the 2025 State Budget (APBN). He expressed confidence that the revenue could exceed the target by year‑end despite declining oil, coal and other mineral prices.
The government is boosting oil output, which now stands at 605,800 barrels per day, a 4.9 % increase, to raise receipts. The ministry affirmed it will not lower revenue targets, as the state budget requires strong funding from the energy sector.
