DJP West Java I Briefs New Tax Rules at PLN Tax Forum 2025

On 29 October 2025, DJP West Java I and PLN held the PLN Tax Forum 2025 in Bandung. The three‑day event was led by tax officer Yurnalis.

The forum covered the Finance Ministry Regulation (PMK) No. 51/2025 on withholding tax for imports and other activities, and the Director‑General of Taxation Regulation (PER‑11/PJ) No. 2025 on reporting PPh, Value‑Added Tax (VAT) and stamp duty.

The briefing aims to align PLN’s tax practices with national policy, improving compliance and contributing to state revenue.
