DDTC Updates P3B Document Access for Faster, Easier Use

Jakarta, December 1 2025 – DDTC announced an upgrade to the Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (P3B) menu on its tax platform. The upgrade follows DDTC being named Asia‑Pacific Tax Innovator of the Year 2025 by International Tax Review, UK.
New features include language filters for Indonesian or English, Multilateral Instrument (MLI) filters, and geographic filters for Asia, Europe, Africa, America and Oceania. The search engine now recognises bilingual keywords, provides a clause index with MLI badges, offers multiple document versions, and adds a language‑switch button within each document.
These enhancements aim to speed up P3B document retrieval for researchers, policymakers and businesses that rely on international tax references. The move supports DDTC’s goal of fostering transparent, low‑cost tax compliance and education.
