Tax Authority Seizes Factory Worth 61.7 Billion Rupiah

Investigators from the Tax Authority’s Legal Enforcement Directorate seized LJD’s factory in Cimahi on August 14, 2025. The plant was appraised at a market value of Rp61.7 billion as of December 2023.

The DJP alleges that LJD submitted false tax returns for 2016, causing a loss of at least Rp3.7 billion to the state. Under Articles 39(1)d and 43(1) of the Tax Law, he faces imprisonment of six months to six years and a fine of two to four times the unpaid tax.
