Bangka Belitung Province Reaches 92.43 Percent of 2025 Tax Target

Among the seven tax categories managed by the province, heavy‑equipment tax and surface‑water tax have already exceeded their targets, reaching IDR 968.38 million (124.27 percent) and IDR 11.82 billion (105.17 percent) respectively. The largest contributions come from motor vehicle tax (PKB) at IDR 170.47 billion (95.61 percent) and vehicle ownership transfer fee (BBNKB) at IDR 74.84 billion (97.13 percent). Fuel tax (PBBKB), tobacco tax and MBLB fees remain below target.

The finance agency stresses cooperation with regencies and cities to boost PKB and BBNKB, including door‑to‑door collection and administrative data verification. These measures aim to close the gap so that regional revenue (PAD) reaches the full 2025 target by year‑end. Achieving the goal would strengthen the province’s fiscal capacity.
