The Jakarta Special Tax Office (DJP) held the 2025 Public Consultation Forum on Wednesday, 3 December 2025. The event targeted taxpayers under the Foreign Investment Tax Office (PMA), foreign entities and persons (Badora), and the Oil‑Gas Tax Office (Migas).
Head of the office, Irawan, said the forum aims to provide technical tax‑administration education and align understanding that tax obligations must be fulfilled properly. In addition to covering filing of tax returns (SPT) and government‑funded PPh Article 21 incentives, the discussion stressed the need for collaboration between taxpayers and the authority.
The session was attended by 18 corporate taxpayers and five tax consultants, together with a briefing on activating Coretax DJP accounts and matching NIK (national ID) with NPWP (tax ID). The forum seeks to improve tax compliance, expand use of incentives, and lessen the feeling of being pursued by tax officials.
