DJP Made 80,739 Outbound Calls to Taxpayers in 2024

The Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) reported that its Kring Pajak service placed 80,739 outbound calls to taxpayers during 2024. The calls were handled by the Tax Information and Complaint Center (KLIP).
The volume represents a 42.9% drop from 141,470 calls in 2023. In the same year DGT introduced voice‑blast technology, sending 564,709 pre‑recorded messages, and expanded the click‑call‑counter (3C) program to improve service and supervision.
Inbound calls fell to 360,639 with an answer rate of 81.25%, indicating a shift toward electronic channels. These initiatives advance the tax authority’s digital transformation and strengthen compliance monitoring.
