South Jakarta Tax Office Launches Taxpayers Charter, Awards

The South Jakarta Tax Office launched the Taxpayers Charter on Monday, 10 November 2025. The event was attended by Head of Office Dionysius Lucas Hendrawan and Ministry of Finance expert Iwan Djuniardi.

The charter outlines eight rights and eight obligations of taxpayers that are guaranteed by tax law, serving as a guide for the relationship between the tax authority and taxpayers. Djuniardi explained that the charter symbolizes a new, two‑way relationship based on equality, mutual respect and shared responsibility.

During the launch, the office presented awards to taxpayers in its region who made significant contributions to tax revenue. The awards highlight taxpayers’ role as nation‑building heroes.
