PKP Deregistration Can Be Applied Through Coretax

The Tax Office’s contact center, Kring Pajak, announced that requests to cancel PKP status can now be submitted through the Coretax application. Submissions are accepted from 6 November 2025 via the Coretax portal or directly at a tax service office.

Applicants must complete and electronically sign the cancellation form and upload supporting documents proving they no longer meet PKP criteria. Detailed procedures are outlined in PER‑7/PJ/2025 and are available under My Portal > Deletion/Cancellation.

When the request satisfies the requirements, taxpayers receive an electronic receipt and the head of the tax office issues a decision within six months. If no decision is issued within that period, the cancellation is deemed approved.
