December 14, 2025 • Ben Asmadeus

Indonesia’s Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) announced on 13 December 2025 a change to the official channels for submitting tax complaints. The amendment is stipulated in Director‑General Regulation No. PER‑21/PJ/2025 and was released through Announcement No.
Complaints are now classified into three types: Tax Service Complaints, Tax Crime Complaints, and Ethics and Discipline Complaints against DGT staff. Taxpayers may contact the toll‑free number (021) 1500200, send e‑mail to the designated addresses, use the Coretax portal, the website ., or visit the Information and Complaint Service Office (KLIP DGT) in person.
The standardized channels give taxpayers a clear route to report service issues, suspected tax crimes, or staff misconduct. This is expected to strengthen DGT’s internal accountability and expedite the resolution of complaints.
