Coretax Removes BPE Download, Sends BPE by Email

The Directorate General of Taxes’ contact centre, Kring Pajak, announced on 27 November 2025 that the Coretax SPT menu has been updated. The PDF download feature for the Electronic Receipt (BPE) is no longer present.

Kring Pajak explained that BPE is now sent to taxpayers by email and can also be retrieved from My Portal > My Documents by selecting the relevant receipt. This procedure follows PER‑11/PJ/2025, which governs electronic receipt issuance for e‑filing.

Taxpayers who do not see the BPE in the SPT menu should refresh the page periodically or check their email inbox. The change does not affect the legal validity of the BPE as proof of tax return acceptance.
