Bogor County Waives Property Tax Below Rp100k Until 2029

Bogor County announced a waiver of Property Tax (PBB) for assets assessed below Rp100,000. The exemption is effective through the end of 2029 and requires taxpayers to settle the tax between 1 September and 31 December 2025.

Regent Rudy Susmanto stated that the rate will not increase and PBB below the threshold will be fully waived. For assets above Rp100,000, the administration will remove penalties and grant a discount on arrears if the 2025 tax year is paid on time.

Head of the Regional Treasury Office, Adi Mulyadi, said the region will continue to focus on boosting its own-source revenue (PAD) by improving regulations, staff capacity, and linking tax collection with licensing systems. The measure aims to ease taxpayers’ burden while preserving local revenue.
