10,000 Bekasi City Civil Servants Owe Vehicle Tax
December 13, 2025 • Ben Asmadeus

Bekasi municipal government reported that roughly 10,000 civil servants (ASN) still have outstanding vehicle tax (PKB). The figure comes from the Bekasi Vehicle Registration Office (Samsat) and was disclosed on 13 December 2025.
Regional Revenue Office head Solikhin explained that the number has not been fully verified because some vehicles may have been transferred. He urged all ASN to verify their records via the Sapawarga application and to request blocking of registration if the vehicle has been sold.
Mayor Tri Adhianto previously prohibited ASN from parking unpaid vehicles at the city hall, aiming to enforce tax compliance. The measure seeks to improve tax compliance among government officials.
