Ternate City Begins Door‑to‑Door Property Tax Drive for 2025

Ternate City, through its BP2RD, started a door‑to‑door property tax (PBB) collection in all villages on 2 November 2025. The initiative aims to meet the year‑end revenue target.

The team focuses on villages where payment realization is below 50 % and offers a tax amnesty until 31 December 2025, allowing taxpayers to avoid administrative penalties. BP2RD also set up tax corners at strategic locations to facilitate payments.

This direct approach is expected to improve compliance, increase local revenue, and support public infrastructure and services in Ternate.
