Surakarta Tax Office Seizes Two Cars as Collateral for Tax Debt

On October 15, 2025, the Surakarta Tax Office (KPP Pratama Surakarta) carried out a simultaneous seizure in the Central Java II tax region. The seized assets were two cars valued at Rp200 million and Rp150 million belonging to a taxpayer with a tax arrears of Rp2.64 billion.

The seizure was executed by State Tax Collector Yuga Ray, assisted by two witnesses, and the vehicles were used as collateral for the tax debt. During the seizure period, the taxpayer is prohibited from transferring, lending, or damaging the cars, reinforcing tax compliance.
