New Ikanas STAN Leadership Plans Transformative Programs

The Ikanas STAN congress held on 6 December 2025 elected Muhammad Fajar Putranto as chair and Hermin Rachmawati as vice‑chair for the 2025‑2028 term.

They announced a suite of transformative initiatives, including the Business Ready (B‑READY) program adapted from the World Bank, a Knowledge Hub think‑tank, and ESG‑focused sustainability projects. The plans leverage a network of more than 80,000 alumni working in government, private sector and academia, many holding graduate degrees abroad.

The initiatives aim to boost alumni contribution to digital transformation, job creation and Indonesia’s sustainable development goals, while fostering provincial and international alumni collaboration.
