Organisers include ministries, non‑ministerial government agencies, state‑owned enterprises, public service bodies and private firms, covering sectors such as food‑beverage, creative digital, communications, industry, government, tourism, logistics, transport, agriculture and services. The quota is set at 80,000 participants, bringing the total for both waves to 100,000, and is funded with IDR 1.37 trillion from tax revenue.

Selection will take place between 14 and 20 November, with the final list announced on 21 November; internships commence on 24 November 2025 and provide a stipend equal to the regional minimum wage. The program aims to expand job opportunities, enhance skill levels, and boost the competitiveness of Indonesia’s workforce.
