KPP Kendari Holds Coretax Training for Local Officials in Konawe

KPP Pratama Kendari together with the Konawe Kepulauan regency organized a socialization and assistance for annual tax return filing and Coretax activation on 3 November 2025 in Kendari.

The head of KPP explained that the event aims to strengthen local officials' readiness for the national digital tax system; Coretax simplifies reporting and improves fiscal data reliability, while regional government spending grew 7.38 % in Q2 2025 and village fund absorption reached 86 % of the Rp142.7 billion budget.

The digital system is expected to broaden the tax base, boost fiscal autonomy (PAD remains below 15 % of total revenue), and enhance transparency; the regional secretary and the head of the Human Resources Office affirmed full support for the reform through Coretax.
