Great! Cimahi Extends Property Tax Amnesty Program

The City of Cimahi has decided to extend its Property Tax (PBB) amnesty program until the end of 2025. The move comes even though tax receipts this year have already exceeded the 2025 budget target of Rp58 billion, reaching Rp60.3 billion by September.

Residents can still have local tax penalties removed if they settle their overdue PBB by 31 December 2025. During the amnesty period, late‑payment sanctions are automatically cancelled, and payments can be made via the online portal, banks, post offices, or partner retail outlets.

The program is based on the mayor’s authority under Government Regulation No. 35/2023, which allows fiscal incentives such as reductions, exemptions, or waivers of tax and penalties. Taxpayers who pay only the principal amount will see the penalties erased automatically.
