Finance Minister Purbaya Flags Weakness in Lapor Pak Purbaya

Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa disclosed a weakness in the Lapor Pak Purbaya system during a press briefing at the Ministry of Finance in Jakarta on Friday, 24 October 2025. The LPP platform was launched to strengthen transparency and oversight of ministry staff.

Purbaya explained that reporters often do not answer verification calls because they fear unknown callers, which hampers the verification process. He also noted that some submissions are false or frivolous.

To address the issue, the ministry will use the official phone number 0815‑9966‑662 and WhatsApp 0822‑4040‑6600 for report confirmations, aiming to boost public confidence and streamline verification.
