DJPOnline and e‑Faktur Down Friday 19:00–Saturday 05:00 WIB

The Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) disabled DJPOnline and e‑Faktur on Friday 24 October 2025 at 19:00 WIB, with service restoration scheduled for Saturday 25 October 2025 at 05:00 WIB. During this window, all electronic tax services were inaccessible except the Coretax application.

DJP stated the outage was necessary to upgrade the security, reliability, and performance of its information and communication technology infrastructure. The upgrade affected services such as e‑Filing, e‑Form, e‑Billing, and SSP validation, rendering them unavailable to taxpayers and third‑party providers.

As a result, taxpayers could not submit tax returns, generate billing codes, or check tax obligations through the online system. DJP apologized for the inconvenience and confirmed that Coretax remained operational throughout the maintenance.
