On 28 October 2025, the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) carried out customs visit customer (CVC) missions in four regions. The visits included a shoe factory in a bonded zone, two petrochemical plants, and an automotive company.
The CVC activities aim to verify customs compliance, exchange information, and build a transparent industrial ecosystem. DJBC’s vertical units in Bekasi, Kediri, Pasuruan, and Banten each visited relevant firms, such as PT Lotte Chemical Indonesia and PT Chandra Asri Pacific.
According to DJBC spokesperson Budi Prasetiyo, the series of visits strengthens two‑way communication between customs and industry. The effort is intended to support national economic growth through professional, transparent, and integrity‑based customs services.
