DDTCNews Receives Award and Taxpayer Charter from West Jakarta

The West Jakarta Tax Office presented an award and a Taxpayer Charter to DDTCNews during a Public Consultation Forum on 16 October 2025. The ceremony took place at the regional tax office. Officials handed the documents in front of tax authorities.

Director‑General of Taxation Bimo Wijayanto explained that the charter outlines eight rights and eight obligations, plus moral and technical guidance for taxpayers. He said the charter symbolizes a balanced relationship rather than a mere formal document. West Jakarta Tax Office head Farid Bachtiar added that the charter reminds both officials and taxpayers to fulfill their duties properly.

The presentation underscores the tax authority’s commitment to improve service quality and transparency. It aims to build greater trust between the authority and taxpayers. Recognizing 70 partners also highlights their role in the tax administration system.
