Data Update Removes 3.5 Million Families from BLT Recipient List

Jakarta, November 2, 2025 – Ministry of Social Affairs officials, together with local social services and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), updated the list of additional cash assistance (BLT) recipients covering 35.04 million families in deciles 1 to 4.

The update identified 18.7 million new families for verification; of the 13.7 million already verified, 10.2 million were found eligible while 3.5 million were deemed ineligible for the additional BLT.

BPS will further review the 3.5 million ineligible families and replace them with qualified households, ensuring that BLT distribution reaches the intended beneficiaries.
