Boyolali Office Seizes Assets Worth Rp1.19 Billion from Defaulter

The Boyolali Tax Office (KPP Pratama Boyolali) carried out a seizure on 9 October 2025, taking three cars, one motorcycle and a land parcel belonging to PT N. The operation was part of a simultaneous seizure week organized by the Central Java Regional Tax Office.

The seizure was executed by a state tax collector (JSPN) under the authority of Law No.19/2000 on tax collection with forced letters and Regulation PMK-61/PMK.03/2023. Prior to the seizure, the taxpayer received warning letters and a forced collection notice.

The assets are now held by the state as security for the Rp1.19 billion tax debt. If the debt and collection costs are not paid within the stipulated period, the seized assets will be auctioned, illustrating the tax authority’s enforcement and deterrence role.
