Taxpayer Experience with Coretax Activation and Code Generation

DDTCNews conducted a brief survey on 10 December 2025 in Jakarta. A total of 193 taxpayers responded, sharing their views on Coretax account activation and authorization‑code creation.

Respondents reported various issues such as slow system performance, errors, bugs, and difficulties with data verification. Some also found the activation process confusing when personal data changes required a visit to the tax office, and they called for clearer guidance.

The results provide the Directorate General of Taxes with input to improve system stability, accelerate bug fixes, and expand instructional material, which is crucial ahead of the annual tax return deadline.
