December 3, 2025 • Ben Asmadeus

The Tax Office Pratama Mamuju and the Mamuju District Prosecutor’s Office held a focused group discussion (FGD) on central tax compliance on 12 November 2025 at the Regent’s Office meeting room in Mamuju Tengah. Five local government work units participated as active attendees.
The tax office stressed the responsibility of government agencies to fulfill central tax obligations and aimed to raise the tax compliance ratio (TCR). The discussion included the Directorate General of Taxes, agency representatives, local officials, and the prosecutor’s office, which pledged legal education to curb non‑compliance.
The partnership is expected to boost taxpayer awareness, aid regional development, and ready the 2025 annual tax return filing that will use the DJP Coretax platform requiring account activation and an authorization code. Tax officials consider inter‑agency synergy essential for optimal and fair revenue collection.
