Indonesia Treasury to Merge Simponi with Coretax and CEISA
December 8, 2025 • Ben Asmadeus

The Ministry of Finance announced plans to integrate three state‑revenue systems – Coretax, the Customs‑Excise Information System and Automation (CEISA), and the State Non‑Tax Revenue Information System (Simponi). The integration is slated to begin in late 2025 and will be implemented online.
The merger aims to provide consistent, reliable and accurate supervision while enhancing service quality for users. Simponi, managed by the Directorate General of Budget, handles planning, billing (issuing payment codes) and reporting of non‑tax revenue (PNBP) and other state receipts.
Through Simponi, billing codes for PNBP and other receipts are issued and can be paid via various collecting agents such as banks and post offices, giving payers flexible payment options and improving transparency of state revenue collection.
