DJP Integrates Coretax with Minerba-One, RKAB Requires Compliance
November 28, 2025 • Ben Asmadeus

The Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) has integrated the Coretax administration system with the Minerba-One application of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM). The integration was announced by Director General Bimo Wijayanto on 28 November 2025.
The connection strengthens tax data exchange and makes tax clearance (proof of tax payment) a prerequisite for approval of the Work Plan and Budget (RKAB) for mineral and coal mining companies. RKAB, an annual plan covering operational, technical and environmental activities, must now be submitted through Minerba-One starting 1 October 2025, and the requirement was briefed to more than 1,800 taxpayers in a hybrid event.
Making tax compliance a condition for RKAB is expected to boost state revenue, as the mining sector contributes roughly 20‑25 % of total receipts. The collaboration aligns with the government’s aim to manage national wealth fairly and transparently.
