DJP Email Reminder, Coretax Payment Guide, and Restructuring Plan
November 10, 2025 • Ben Asmadeus

The Tax Authority sent email reminders to taxpayers with outstanding tax, directing them to log into the Coretax system to view bills and make payments. Taxpayers can tick the invoices, enter the amount, generate a billing code, then pay via bank teller, ATM, mobile banking, internet banking, or the e‑commerce platform MPN‑G2. (Coretax is an online tax administration portal.)
The Ministry of Finance plans to reorganize DJP’s head office by clustering structures and functions according to Coretax business processes, as stipulated in PMK 70/2025. The restructuring aims to strengthen tax supervision, internal control, and overall operational effectiveness.
Compliance with income‑tax (PPh) obligations will affect eligibility for electronic invoice creation under PER‑19/PJ/2025, while the ministry is also studying the expansion of excise goods (BKC) to include items such as diapers and wet tissues. Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa emphasized that missed revenue targets stem from a slowing economy, not tax‑office performance.
