Bangka Regency Offers One-Month Discount and Waiver on PBB-P2

Bangka Regency in the Bangka Belitung Islands province has launched a relief program for Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB‑P2). The scheme provides principal reduction and penalty waiver, effective from 1 December to 30 December 2025.

Three discount tiers are available: 75 % for arrears from fiscal years 2012‑2016, 50 % for 2017‑2021, and 25 % for 2022‑2024, each with full penalty removal. Taxpayers pay only the reduced principal amount.

The initiative aims to ease taxpayers' burden and improve regional tax compliance. Payments can be made via Sumsel Babel Bank, BNI, Alfamart, Pos Indonesia, or various digital channels.
